Necessity of auto Brick plant

Traditional brick making process is too old and it takes lots of ton coal, land and money, polluting environment, and destroying fertile lands. But by modern technology process, you can save:
** Less coal **Saving labor cost & production cost **Little land **Quality 95% to 99%.
**Reduce emission and poisonous gas by Tunnel Kiln or Hybrid Hoffman Kiln
**Whole day production ** Ready bricks in your hand within a day.
**The whole system of brick making process is inside the factory and production can run round the year.
Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) study shows that country has more than 6000 traditional brick kilns and they emit 8.75 million tones of carbon dioxide a year, which can be halved to 4.16 million tons by adopting clean brick-burning technology.
Bangladesh can reduce significant amount of carbon emission and conserve its forests and environment through adopting energy efficient clean Tunnel Kiln or Hybrid Hoffman Kiln technology.
The country’s outdated kilns use wood and low-grade coal as fuel in making bricks, which contributes a huge amount of carbon in air and also destroy the country’s forests. The outdated brick kilns also burn anything else – even old tires and plastics – in making bricks that pose threat to public health, wildlife and environment. At present, the new technology is promoting the energy efficient brick kiln technology in the country with a view to reducing carbon and conserving environment and wildlife. 60 to 80 percent of energy could be saved by adopting the new technology “Tunnel Kiln (TK) or Hybrid Hoffman Kiln (HHK)” in the bricks kilns.
We should replace the 150-year-old energy-intensive conventional brick making technology with an energy efficient and smokeless technology. Another recently developed technology makes bricks out of clay and industrial waste which reduces carbon emissions and costs. Successful implementation of projects applying new technologies is estimated to result in substantive reduction of annual greenhouse gas emissions equivalent to emissions of more than 2,30,000 passenger vehicles or carbon sequestered by more than 2,50,000 acres. Conversion of traditional brick fields into energy efficient kilns Tunnel Kiln (TK) or Hybrid Hoffman Kiln (HHK)’ in the near future provides the opportunity of carbon dioxide mitigation many times larger.
A traditional brick kiln consumes 24 tons of coal a year and emits some 1500 tons of C02, making it one of the worst green house gas pollutant in the country.
The amount of carbon this technology would reduce provided all of the country’s bricks are produced by using the TK or HHK could fetch at least $70 million through the global carbon credit market launched by the United Nations. The emission reduction rate known as Certified Emission Reduction (CER) has been fixed at $ 15.20 per ton, which is likely to soar more than two times after the Climate Conference in Copenhagen.
“The country can immensely benefit by selling the amount of carbon which can save through using latest green technology such as the TK or HHK,”
“If we start using the TK or HHK, the country’s total emission reduction capacity would cross 1,16,000 tons a year,”
The company which produces 1,50,000,000 to 2,00,000,000 bricks per year can save 5000 tons of Carbon. So the company can get $75,000 per year from UNDP without his normal benefits.
Very recent news is, Bangladesh government announced to adopt the new technology like Hoffman or higher technology which is reducing the pollution and save the coal, and the brick manufacturer company has to take the initiative to adopt the new technology within 30 September 2012.
